Take special cares when you begin the scaffolding assembly:

Check if the scaffolding is adequate concerning height, the number of people that are going to use it, the work that has to be done and the protections required by law;

Check ground’s solidity; check and use resistant bases to support the loads transmitted by the plumb line. Even if the ground is solid you should be aware that rain may reduce considerably its resistance capacity.
